Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Broadcast Production:

· Provide support during live broadcasts, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with the production team to enhance the quality of esports broadcasts.

· Learn and utilize broadcasting software and equipment.

Social Media Management:

· Manage and curate content for the team's social media channels.

· Create engaging posts to promote team activities, events, and achievements.

· Monitor social media trends and help develop strategies to enhance the team's online presence.

Team Support:

· Assist players and coaching staff with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

· Foster a positive team environment and contribute to team morale.

· Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the esports program.

Minimum Qualifications

· Enrolled as a full-time student at Shawnee State University for the 2024-2025 academic year.

· Passion for and knowledge of esports.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

· Basic understanding of broadcast production (training will be provided).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Flexible schedule to accommodate event timings.
