Job Description

ECU

Department of Student Development is currently seeking several Class Attendance Monitors. The Office of Student-Athlete Academic Services, housed in the Athletic Complex, is offering Graduate Assistantship opportunities to individuals who are interested in student-athlete academic services or other experiences in the athletics field.

Class Attendance Monitors will:

complete daily class checks of student-athletes’ campus courses based on a provided weekly schedule

work primarily between 8am and 2pm

arrive punctually to scheduled class checks

submit accurate thorough and timely documentation

maintain confidentiality of student-athlete information

comply with all rules and regulations

assist in textbook collection at the end of the semester and perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must be enrolled in an on-campus graduate program at

ECU

and be able to fulfill all contracted hours.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

Applicants should have an open/flexible daytime schedule, be detail oriented, have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Applicants desiring to enter the field of Athletics Student Development or related field are preferred.
