We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Sports Team Assistant for Women's Basketball. • Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of sports equipment and terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with sports teams or in a similar role
• Knowledge of sports program management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sports team in managing equipment and supplies
• Coordinate team schedules and events
• Communicate with team members and staff to ensure smooth operation of the sports program
• Provide administrative support to the team coach and other staff members as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized environment for team practices and events

Skills:

As a Student Sports Team Assistant, you will utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to assist the sports team in managing equipment and supplies, coordinating team schedules and events, and communicating with team members and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the sports program. Your basic knowledge of sports equipment and terminology will be essential in this role. Additionally, your experience working with sports teams or in a similar role, knowledge of sports program management, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, will be highly beneficial.

NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK ANTICIPATED:   8-20 - depending on season

TIME REQUIREMENTS:    nights, evenings weekends
