The mascot team is hiring for the Skully and the spotter position. As Skully students will wear a costume an perform various activities on and off campus showing school spirit and engaging with the community. | | Required Qualifications |
- Ability to handle the demands of working in a full-body costume - Comfortable performing in front of large crowds with an ability to generate crowd enthusiasm - Have a flexible schedule to work nights and weekends - Outgoing, dependable, and organized, with a willingness and desire to have fun - Work outdoors in all weather conditions, move easily with limited peripheral vision - Successful completion of driver’s license background check through High Right

- Cheer for football, basketball, volleyball and other athletic events - Attend Open house events and other special events on and off campus events - Work with Mascot team Manager aiding with community appearances - Assist with creative planning and execution (skits, social media, videos, etc.) - Maintain and organize mascot supplies and cleanliness of costume - Must be able to improvise and interact with fans - Must be fun and upbeat - Drive to and from events in Mascot van - Maintain clear communication with the rest of the team
