TAF Annual Giving, Ticketing & Communications Intern

Job Description

The Tiger Athletic Foundation offers paid internships to support our marketing, communications, and development operations teams. This part-time position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced intercollegiate athletics environment and is open to all majors and classifications, including undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms to promote TAF initiatives, events, and fundraising efforts
• Support the Communications team in drafting newsletters, email campaigns, and other content to engage TAF constituents
• Assist in the creation and placement of digital advertisements to enhance TAF’s brand visibility and reach
• Collaborate with the Annual Giving and Ticketing teams on membership drives and promotional strategies
• Assist with general office tasks, data entry, and administrative support as needed
• Provide on-site support during game days and special events, including real-time content capture

Position Details

• Paid position with a flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week
• Additional hours during football season; nights and weekends required around athletic events
• Class schedules are always accommodated

Preferred Skillset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design experience is a plus
