This position will report to the Director of Operations and assist with all aspects of game plan preparation, practice organization, equipment and off-season training programs. This position will be responsible for operating within the rules of the Big 12 Conference and NCAA, as well as all institutional policies and procedures.

What You'd Be Responsible For

Direct Video Operations

·      Analyze opponent film to create effective scouting reports

·      Oversee digital video recording of practices and home matches

·      Upload video content to VolleyMetrics

·      Create a video dissemination plan for online access for coaches and student-athletes

·      Organize all videos for current and past seasons

Oversee Statistics

·      Gather statistical data during practices and matches using Volleystation

·      Sync files with video and upload to VolleyMetrics under appropriate practice/match

·      Provide statistical and tactical insights during matches and practices

·      Create spreadsheets and reports that facilitate the interpretation of results to aid in player development and team success

Manage Technology Equipment

·      Arrange cameras for home matches and practices

·      Ensure iPads are available and ready for benches during matches

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required: 2 years experience either as a collegiate athlete or working in an academic athletics field

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in statistics

Employee Class: 3/4 Time (28 hour)

Work Location: Provo Campus

Environment: Rare presence of abnormal variations in temperature and exposure to outside conditions
