Overview

The Head Coach of the Catholic University Valorant Esports Team will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Oversee Valorant team, creating and promoting a culture of commitment, respect, student development, and team standards.
Coach and train student-athletes, including evaluating performance in practice and competition
Schedule and conduct practice sessions. Work with administration to create a practice schedule of 2-3 times per week.
Monitors the conduct of student athletes during practice and competition
Oversees all ECAC competitions and communications with opposing teams.

Work with administration for financial operations for team travel (if necessary, budget, and academic eligibility).
Uphold the mission of Catholic University

The head coach should have experience coaching, as well as playing Valorant. Leadership experience is a plus.
