The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $1,000.00
Responsibilities
- Coaching, Instruction- provide practice and game day planning, implementation, and assessment.
- Training- Help train the team physically, and allow them to meet team needs.
- Recruitment- Assist in recruiting prospective members to join the team, and retain them.
- Compliance- Ensure compliance with regulations from the university and the NCBA (governing board.)
- Fundraising and Budgeting- Give ideas for the team to raise money through fundraising efforts and assist with budgeting.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Coaching baseball, preferably at high school or collegiate level.
