Responsibilities
- Coaching, Instruction- provide practice and game day routine planning, implementation, and assessment.
- Training- Help train the team physically, and allow them to meet team needs.
- Recruitment- Assist in recruiting prospective members to join the team, and retain them.
- Compliance- Ensure compliance with regulations from the university and the cheer team governing board.
- Fundraising- Give ideas for the team to raise money through fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
High school diploma. Coaching cheerleading, preferably at high school or collegiate level.
