High School Diploma or GED and at one (1) year of customer service, data entry, or sales experience are required. Relevant experience may substitute for the required education.
The department is especially interested in candidates with knowledge of Paciolan software or related ticket system, as well as those with a strong customer service background, cash handling or data entry experience, and a willingness to work weekends and nights depending on event throughout the various sport seasons.
This position’s schedule will be determined by the Memphis Ticket Office event and game day schedule. Long hours, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends may be required.May require work beyond normal schedule during peak times.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Job Duties
Assist the full-time ticket office staff on game days by providing customer service and selling tickets to events. Provide a high level of customer service to donors, ticket holders, and the general public during game day or other special events.
Communicate positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously. Problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests to locate and deliver tickets. Provide information regarding Memphis Tigers events/facilities via face-to-face communication.
Accurately operate Paciolan computer ticketing system to sell tickets for Memphis Tigers events. Handle sensitive information including, but not limited to, credit card information
Other duties as assigned.
