- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, general or building maintenance or custodial work in an educational environment
- Proven ability to work independently and in groups

| Salary | $18.44/hour |
| Bargaining Unit | This position is covered by a Washington Federation of State Employees bargaining union. |
