The Athletics Business Office is looking to hire one temporary staff for transactional work/entry level duties. This role will provide accounting support for the Department of Athletics, including processing of purchases, accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and account reconciliation in accordance with University and

NCAA

regulations. Provide administrative/clerical support to the Business Office staff and Senior Associate Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications

Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets,etc a plus

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated attention to detail

Well organized/time management skills
