University Athletics - Women's Basketball

Job Summary

 

The Temporary employee will support University Athletics as a Coaching Assistant on the Statesboro Campus.

_ Temporary employees are employed according to departmental need and the length of time will vary by workload and may not exceed 1300 hours worked in a 12-consecutive month period. _

Responsibilities

 

• Assists with on-court workouts and player development, including setup, drills, and skill-development support
• Contributes to scouting preparation through film breakdown, data organization, and opponent research
• Provides operational support such as practice setup, equipment management, travel coordination, and administrative tasks

Shift Specifics

• 20 hours per week
• Flexible with schedule of availability
• Shifts scheduled Monday - Friday & Game days

Required Qualifications

 

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

• Experience and interest in working with college basketball

 

Proposed Salary

 

$9,300

_ This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis. _
