Summary Description: The job entails managing all aspects of operating an NCAA II men’s and women’s tennis program.
Essential Functions:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervision of budget, people, and facilities is required.
Experience:
At least one year of previous tennis coaching experience in the college setting is preferred.
Required Skills:
Obviously specialized skills and knowledge related to teaching and coaching the game of tennis are needed. Also, specialized knowledge of how to physically condition athletes for tennis is necessary, i.e., cardio-respiratory, strength/power, flexibility, agility, nutrition, etc.
