| Position Summary |
Assist in various departmental fundraising operations. Primary responsibilities include providing frontline customer service for all Bulldog Club inquires and assisting in the fundraising efforts of annual giving and priority seating for football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, and baseball. Support the development team with the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual fund and major gifts donors.

Previous experience with and/or knowledge of college athletics, preferred.

| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. An individual should have excellent written and oral communication skills, skills in organizing and coordinating meetings, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database knowledge is also highly recommended.
