Job Description

Student and Campus Life (SCL) inspires transformation in all Cornell students on their journey of individual, academic and personal evolution. The Richard W. Gilbert Diving Coach assists the Men’s and Women’s Head Swimming Coaches in the planning and operation of the men's and women's diving teams for the preparation and execution of practice and competitions. This position is responsible for the overall training, performance and recruitment of men and women divers, and may assist in other aspects of the swimming teams as assigned by the head coaches. Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and yielding student-athletes in accordance with Cornell, Ivy League and the NCAA guidelines.

This is a full-time, 11-month position. Starting pay is $56,865-$59,000 for this position; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
