This full-time, year-round position provides a Ticket Manager for the Department of Athletics. The primary responsibilities include serving as the Athletics Ticket Manager; including developing athletic ticket sales and strategies (single game and season); communication and great customer service of ticket sales to the general public; coordinating tickets for Pack Club and corporate partners; hiring, managing and guiding ticket personnel (part-time, student and work study) for regular, post-season (RMAC, NCAA) and external (AAU, CHSAA, CHSCA) game-day sales at events; providing oversight of the University Ticket System; preparing all internal and external audit documents and total reconciliation of ticket sales in coordination with the Athletics Business Manager, Associate Athletic Director/Head Wrestling Coach and Vice President for Athletics and Strategic Partnerships; and other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director/Head Wrestling Coach and/or Vice President for Athletics and Strategic Partnerships.
Primary Duties
Direct the selling of all athletic single-game and season tickets including communication and great customer support as well as hiring/staffing help for selling tickets.
Manage the ticketing system (University Ticket System); this includes transferring equipment and materials which may involve lifting up to 25 lbs.
Create single-game and season ticket sales tactics, plans and communication in coordination with Athletics staff.
Prepare internal and external audit documents.

Salary Range:
$42,000 - $46,000
