The Colorado State University Department of Athletics sponsors 16 men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports and competes as a member of the NCAA Division I-FBS and the Mountain West Conference. The University is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, 65 miles north of Denver. The Ticket Manager Sales & Operations supervises the daily and game day box office operations for the Athletic Ticket Office. Primary duties include oversight of the day-to-day sales and transactions of the box office. Position is responsible for financial reports, and reconciliations. The position is also responsible for building season and event infrastructure for online sales and renewals, assisting with marketing campaigns, and customer service. Position assists with oversight of auxiliary ticket offices including will-call window and player-pass gates, as required, at home and away events. Position creates and executes processes for student ticket distribution; collaborates with the department’s marketing and development units; develops/implements ticketing email platforms; and researches and implements current best practices in ticketing.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, management, liberal arts, economics, social sciences, health and exercise science or any other field related to duties and responsibilities Experience with Paciolan including Pac Platform, Back Office, Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, AM Monitor, Ticketmaster or similar ticketing system(s) required, preferably in intercollegiate athletics and/or professional sport Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial and data records Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel Experience building revenue projections and accurate sales reports Strong organizational, communication and public relations skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in a variety of software products Demonstrated ability to work on projects individually, as well as within a team Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, Mountain West and CSU rules and regulations Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and travel Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license or access to a licensed driver by the employment start date The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the department will not sponsor a visa for this position.

Essential Duties
Financial Operations
Oversee all financial reporting including daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliation. Collaborate with the Athletics Business office to ensure all deposits are accurate and applied to the correct revenue sources. Manage game-day ticket/sales operations. Handle lead generation/reporting for sales team and maintain CRM software (SalesForce).

Marketing and Development
Build marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and ticket sales. Work closely with marketing, graphic designers, and social media team to develop and execute a coordinated marketing campaign strategy. Create Eloqua based segments, e-mails, landing pages, and multi-step campaigns.

General Administration
Oversee system implementation of Pac Platform, eQuery reporting, and online sales. Ticket Office customer service via inbound phone calls, e-mails, text messages, and live chat. Assist with supervision of part-time staff, in office and on game days. Supervise allocation of player guest and recruit tickets. Understand and apply appropriate NCAA, state and/or University policies, procedures and auditing requirements. Attend and participate in weekly and monthly staff and department meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
