Title: Ticket Office Assistant
Occupational Summary
Duke Athletics is seeking a qualified individual for the Ticket Office Assistant position. This individual will assist ticket office with game day and office work as needed.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalency
· Proficiency in computer use
· At least 1 year customer service experience
· Ability to interact with diverse groups through a variety of situations
· Ability to use independent judgment
· Strong problem‐solving skills
· Must be able to accommodate a variable work schedule that may include evenings and weekends
Essential Functions:
· Provide Exceptional Customer Service for assigned ticketed events
· Handle customer inquiries
· Ability to effectively communicate with and assist customers.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and interactive setting.
· Adhere to all Duke and NCAA rules regarding tickets sales and distributions
