| Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit |
Provide essential staffing assistance for athletic events, primarily in the areas of ticket sales/distribution and customer relations. Contribute to general ticket office operations. Display and deliver customer service excellence.Operate ticket system software to conduct sales transactions, customer inquiries, and other related duties.

| Position Summary |
Contact with customers in person and via telephone. Use of Paciolan ticketing platforms. Assist with deposits of funds, ticket reconciliations, cash management, data entry, event operations, player guest management and other duties as assigned by Senior Assistant AD/ Ticket Operations. Assist full-time staff in all phrases of ticket operations, including staffing events.

| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree with the ability to relate to customers and provide great service. Ticketing or customer service experience.

| Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Individuals in the Customer Service Representative role will go above and beyond to provide exemplary service to patrons of UNC Athletic events. This person will ideally be a self-motivated, collaborative individual with previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service capacity. Extensive contact with Department of Athletics’ donors and customers, utilizing communication skills over the phone and in-person, is required. Computer skills are helpful, as this person will use ticket system software on a regular basis, in both an office setting as well as on-site at various venues. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in the business side of a Division I athletic program and will appeal to those with an interest in sports administration.

Bachelor’s degree with the ability to relate to customers and provide great service. Ticketing or customer service experience.
