The Athletic Ticket Office Student Worker assists the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks. They are expected at all times to communicate effectively within the Athletics department, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold Miami University policy, regulations, and ethical standards. A large portion of what a Student Worker does is ticket sales, will call management, and customer service.
Student with the Ticket Office will be asked to work office hours and home events. In office jobs will include task given by the supervisor. Attention to detail and great customer service.
