Ticket Office Supervisor (3/4-Time, Non-Student)
We sell tickets and offer support to our customers when they purchase online for most of the sporting events and fine arts events held on campus. This position will help with preparing events for sale checking them for accuracy, NCAA Player Guest ticket distribution, training student and non-student employees, supervising ticket office clerks during events, resolving customer problems using creative methods and diplomacy, answering phones, and selling tickets when demand is high, and other duties as assigned. We also work in the evenings when we have events on campus. We have a fun office that is generally fast paced with varied work assignments. We do our work at the Marriott Center and at the BYU Music Building and various other ticket office outlets during events.We are looking for an experienced ticket office supervisor to join the BYU Ticket Office team!
