We are currently seeking a full-time and onsite Ticket Operations Manager in our Athletics department. This position serves as the Athletic Ticket Sales and Annual Fund Director and is responsible for selling tickets, in-facility meetings and events to grow athletics ticket revenue, supervise the Athletics Ticket Box Office, and assists with developing strategies to increase donor acquisition and retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate and contact current and past customers and stakeholders to strategize selling tickets and packages.
Oversee revenue handling, deposits, cash handling systems and policies.
Coordinate, create, and implement theme nights.
Serve as administrative support in accounting and record keeping providing reports as needed.
Resolve customer problems with diplomacy, professionalism, and creative methods.
Establish and build community relationships to increase business and support athletics revenue goals.
Execute annual giving and donor relations strategies.
