This position supports the day to day and gameday operations for the
JMA
Wireless Dome Box Office. This position is specifically responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons who attend events at the
JMA
Wireless Dome through phone, in-person and written interactions. In addition, this position is responsible for working as the primary box office liaison to the Women’s Basketball program for all complimentary ticket requests for home and postseason contests. Furthermore, this position is responsible for fulfilling all excess capacity requests for Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse and is responsible for completing detailed weekly individual game sales reports for Football, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse. Lastly, this position serves as a liaison to one or more members of the ticket sales department.
Bachelor’s degree or combination of high school degree and 2+ years of experience in ticket operations at the professional or collegiate level required.
Working knowledge of the Ticketmaster’s Archtics system preferred.
Knowledge of Ticketmaster software (systems).
Knowledge of
NCAA
Compliance protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills and advanced customer service skills.
Provides customer service to all patrons who attend events at the
JMA
Wireless Dome.
Primary customer service provider via phones and windows during selected times as assigned by the Associate Director
Manages the coordination and ticket distribution of all compliance protocols as it relates to Women’s Basketball player guest, recruits, coaches, visiting teams, and non-participating student athlete’s admissions for home, away, and postseason contests.
In addition, manages all ticket operations needs related to Women’s Basketball including, but not limited to renewals, inventory management, visiting team, etc.
Acts as Box Office liaison to one or more members of the Ticket Sales Department.
Manages all excess capacity ticket requests for Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse.
Assists the Associate Director with misc. projects/tasks as needed.
Maintains manifests including managing inventory for season and individual game and general admission game tickets.
Completes Athletic complimentary ticket reconciliations for individual and season tickets for Football and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse.
Completes Athletic detailed weekly individual game sales reports for Football and Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse.
Manages the wheelchair report for FB,
MBB
and non-athletic events (Concerts, Monster Jam, etc.).
Acts as Box Office liaison to the Ticket Operations Coordinator in assisting with the fulfillment of Cuse Cares requests.
