Traditionally Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., however evening and weekend work will be required based on event schedule.
Targeted salary range: $37,440-$40,250
Less than 10%
Provide leadership and assistance to ticketing sales and operations, coordination of special events in the athletic complex and athletic building operations and management. Help with coordination and implementation of special events in the athletic facility and on campus. Promote, sell and increase ticket revenue of events and provide support to the ticket box office as needed.
Bachelor's Degree
Two years of event coordination, sales, or relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform required computerized tasks including word processing, spreadsheets, email and web-based applications.
Willingness to work some irregular hours, including nights and weekends as dictated by events schedule.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Experience with building management, operations and ticket sales.
