Position Summary:
To manage all aspects of ticket operations and oversee ticket operations team for UAB Athletics. To manage all aspects of parking operations for football. To assist in preparing financial reporting and managing the reconciliation process of all ticket sales. To oversee the reporting of ticket sales, data entry and the creation of detailed patron lists and reports. To administer the ticket website and to prepare targeted lists for electronic marketing campaigns. To assist with outbound and inbound ticket sales efforts for all ticketed sports. To adhere to all institution, conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. To report all known NCAA violations in accordance with institutional, conference and NCAA policies and guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
