Description

Support the head track and cross country coach with in-practice coaching, meet coaching, meet management assistance, and other duties as assigned. Anderson University is a NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelors degree (required); a masters degree is preferred. Also required are previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit in Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body, faculty and staff; effective problem solving skills and personal initiative. Temporary position, not eligible for benefits.
