IT'S COUGAR FOOTBALL SEASON & WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The BYU Special Events Staff is looking for fun and energetic people to help greet and assist guests while at LaVell Edwards Stadium for our 100th season of BYU Football

Positions include but not limited to Ticket Scanners, Portal Ushers, Loge Staff and many others. Come be a part of Cougar Nation, not just as a fan but as member of the BYU Football family!

You are our eyes and ears at these events. You will be responsible for:

• Greeting & directing guests
• Scanning and checking tickets
• Problem-solving
• Ensuring venue policies are upheld

You must be:

• 16 years of age or older
• Dependable
• Professional
• Friendly
• Punctual
• Excellent at positively engaging guests
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Repetitive stair climbing may be required
• Previous customer service experience a plus, but we will train you regardless of your experience.

Time Commitment:

Applicants must are required to worK ALL 6 home football games.

2024 BYU HOME FOOTBALL SCHEDULE*

• Souther Illinois - Saturday, August 31st
• Kansas State - Saturday, September 21st
• Arizona - Saturday, October12th
• Oklahoma State - Friday, October 18th
• Kansas - Saturday, November 16th
• Houston - Saturday, November 30th

*Schedule Subject To Change

Check in time for most events will be approximately 2 hours BEFORE the event start time. Most events range between 3-6 hours but events do vary.

Members of the BYU Special Event Staff are eligble to work other campus events including but not limited to:

• Education Week
• Devotionals
• Women's Soccer
• Women's Volleyball
• Men's Basketball
• Women's Basketball
• And Much More!

Employee Class: 1/2 Time (17.5 hour)

Work Location: Provo Campus

Environment: Periodic exposure to unfavorable conditions. Need to be in variable temperatures or wet environments, etc.

Approximate Starting Salary: $16.00 an hour
