The Office of Intercollegiate Athletics is actively seeking 1 NAIA Head Coach to join and lead the Indiana University Northwest RedHawks for the 2 varsity sports of Women's Cross Country and Men's Cross Country.
The Office of Intercollegiate Athletics promotes and enhances the quality of student engagement at IU Northwest. Intercollegiate Athletics serves as the integral component for student involvement and community engagement, providing a supportive environment that encourages student athlete academic success, positive experience and success in competition.
IU Northwest is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC).

This position requires both sedentary work and long durations of movement about the workspace. It requires the ability to move and transport objects and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential tasks with or without an accommodation.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preference will be provided to local and regional candidates; relocation assistance is very limited for this role.

$42,000 - $45,000 annually
This position requires work outside of the standard business day for IU Northwest.
Evening and weekend work, as well as off-campus travel, is required.
