Reports to:  Women’s Basketball 

Position Summary: 
This person will be in charge of helping with practice planning, scouting, and travel, which includes but is not limited to developing scouting reports, breaking down opponent film, organizing team meals, getting practice set up, coordinating blue squad, providing guidance within drills and/or filming, running clock in practice, and stating practice. 

• Game day expectations will be setting up the locker room and doing book/stats throughout the game.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Travel to and from games with the team.
• Conduct oneself in a positive manner.
• Show up to practice and games and be engaged.
• Understand you are a part of the coaching staff and should carry yourself in that way.
• This person will follow and adhere to our university and the team’s rules and expectations (i.e. GPA, drugs and alcohol policy, and servant leadership duties).
• Must be a positive role model on and off the job.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Be a full-time undergraduate student (basic).
• Must be able to attend most practices and games.
• Self-motivated and ability to work.
• Good interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Prefer experience in basketball management or as a basketball player, but it is not required.

Physical Demands

·        Regularly required to move around and lift up to 20 pounds.
