What We Want
The Video Coordinator, working directly with the Director of Football Technology, supervises and manages video communications, coaches’ analysis operations and oversight, and has working knowledge and understanding of video equipment and software.

Responsibilities
Provides direction and supervision of assigned employees
Assists in the supervision of the Assistant Video Coordinator and students filming practices and games.
Assists in the hiring, training and scheduling for Football Technology staff and student workers.
Determines work priorities and assigns work accordingly
Promotes an environment of openness and respect among staff
Ensures that staff are afforded the opportunity to develop and grow
Promotes an environment that is respectful of others and promotes honest feedback and coaching of employees
Ensures that staff are properly trained to be successful
Ensures employees are appropriately evaluated and position descriptions are current
Football Video Analysis and Oversight
Develop and present education materials for football video.
Works directly with coaching staff to develop videos for the use of analysis and scouting.
Assists with the shooting, processing and management of game and practice video as well as producing internal video content for the team and staff.
Manages video, editing and processing.
Assist with the knowledge of maintenance and inventory of all football video equipment.
Assists with the management of in-house and cloud-based statistical analysis tools and coaching staff uses in game strategy preparation.
Coordinates with coaches as to their needs to develop best possible video for coaches and players.
Video Equipment
Manages and operates editing equipment, cameras, etc.
Assists in the education of equipment with new staff and student workers.
Has knowledge of how to assess and fix equipment.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years of experience in sports videography and editing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous football collegiate level experience.
Non-linear digital editing equipment experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic video editing skills.
Video photography skills.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Collegiate sports video production for coaches use in game analytics.
Operating knowledge of Football Coaches Video Editing System (Catapult- DVSport).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
