Serves as a videographer for Women’s Basketball. Primary role is to research game films/video and clips of Wake Forest Basketball and Wake Forest Basketball opponents for individual development and opponent game preparation and coordinate all aspects of recruiting of prospective-student athletes.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Creates videos for recruits to see on their visit.

• Assists in scouting and film editing, cutting, organizing, and documenting clips.

• Completes end game breakdown for coaching staff.

• Responsible for halftime film breakdown in locker room.

• Provides practice and game film on coach’s computers.

• Provide game film for opponents.

• Responsible for film breakdown of practice clips. Including presenting the clips to the players.

• Maintains Hudl database- send clips to players from practice and games.

• Assists with technology assets in the locker room and office spaces.

• Oversees mailouts and month-to-month contact calendar.

• Creates recruiting content for PSA’s.

Other Functions:

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in a collegiate sports program.

• General knowledge of an intercollegiate basketball organization.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

• Knowledge of JustPlay, Synergy, Hudl video systems.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

• Working knowledge of NCAA and ACC rules as it pertains to regulations of video exchange and operations.

• Knowledge of professional video, including use of digital video cameras, recorders, digitizers, patch panels, video projectors.

• Ability to work in extremely high stress, pressured, deadline driven situations.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Ability to travel with teams as assigned.

• Valid driver license with a good driving record; must be insurable.

• Subject to indoor and outdoor environments.

Accountabilities:
