The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation’s premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as “The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Video Director for the Women’s Basketball program.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
Serves as the video director for the women’s basketball program.
Travels with the team to away games.
Provides support to the Head and Assistant Basketball Coaches related to the administration for various video operations, social media, and recruiting.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
|
| Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.
|
| Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Division 1 Basketball and/or Professional basketball experience.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, inDesign, and other Adobe Creative software.
- Knowledge of current technology-based systems and software applications.
- Experience in use of all types of cameras and video equipment.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- 2-3 years in field.
- Specialized knowledge of video software and sports video editing programs (i.e., Sportstec, Synergy, ExXchanges, Dragon Fly, HOOP1, etc.).
- Knowledge of MP4 files, WMV and Quicktime files and implementation into editing software systems.
