Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility: The Volleyball Assistant Coach / JV Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Volleyball Coach in the administration and operation of the varsity volleyball program while serving as the primary coach for the junior varsity (JV) volleyball team. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as necessary to fulfill coaching and recruiting responsibilities.

5 years of experience as a high school/collegiate coach

Physical Requirements:
Work requires moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds) on a continuous basis (over 50% of time); or heavy physical exertion (over 50 pounds) on a frequent basis (up to 50% of time).
Environmental Conditions:
Work involves intermittent to occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions or undesirable elements; it may involve some contact with potentially hazardous or harmful elements in providing administrative or support services.
