Overview

Overview

Responsibilities

• The position will contribute to the building of a positive women’s basketball
  team culture by assisting with teaching and coaching during individual, small
  group, and full team skill instruction.
• The position will take a lead role in the academic mentoring, personal
  development, and leadership development of women’s basketball team
  members.
• The position will take a lead role in organizing and implementing the women’s
  basketball team’s community service and outreach program.
• The position will take a lead role in spearheading the organization and
  administration of the women’s basketball team's youth camp and clinic programs.
• This position will assist the head coach in the women’s basketball team’s budget
  management and fundraising efforts.
• This position will take a lead role in the recruitment and retention of women’s
  basketball student-athletes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in working with student-athletes and coaching women’s basketball.
