Position Description & Details:
Bismarck State College is seeking a passionate and driven Women’s Assistant Wrestling Coach to support our highly competitive NAIA women’s wrestling program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position Overview
The Assistant Coach will play a vital role in the daily operations of the wrestling program. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about collegiate athletics, driven to mentor student-athletes, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence both on and off the mat.

Minimum Requirements: - Knowledge of intercollegiate wrestling program concepts/strategies and NAIA Rules and regulations. - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to relate to others in a professional, helpful manner. - Ability to relate to a diverse population and to maintain composure when faced with difficult situations. - Knowledge of recruiting practices, ability to assess athletic talent, and promote Bismarck State College and its wrestling program to potential students. - Ability to promote a positive atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation both within the College and the community. - Knowledge of and skill in the use of computers and software applications, specifically Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experienced with coaching and/or competitively wrestled. - Prior college coaching experience preferred - CPR and First Aid Certified.
