Women’s Basketball Assistant Director of Player Development - Department of Athletics - Georgetown University

Job Overview

Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Assistant Director of Player Development carries out all duties within the stated philosophy of Georgetown athletics and its educational mission, and will adhere to all institutional, Big East, and NCAA regulation to ensure the University’s compliance.

Primarily, they provide general and sport specific support to the coaching staff of the women’s basketball program, including but limited to:

  • Assist the coaching staff in the overall development of the women’s basketball program, with primary focus on the recruiting aspect of the women's basketball program, such as on campus official visits, and recruiting correspondence
  • Assist with recruiting strategy, correspondence and coordination on campus recruiting efforts and campus and facility tours

They also perform a wide variety of administrative assignments and basketball specific assignments on an as-needed basis.
