Job Overview
Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Women's Basketball Director of Player Development & Experience carries out all duties within the stated philosophy of Georgetown athletics and its educational mission, and will adhere to all institutional, Big East, and NCAA regulation to ensure the University’s compliance.
They provide general and sport-specific support to the coaching staff of the women’s basketball program, including but limited to, the development, oversight, and implementation of programs to support student athletes in the Georgetown women’s basketball program. As well, they complete a wide variety of administrative assignments and basketball0specific assignments on an as needed basis as well.
They assist the coaching staff in the overall development of the women’s basketball program, including directly assisting the coaching staff with the preparation, strategy and organization of information related to recruiting activities as well as involvement in on-campus recruiting activity and recruiting correspondence.
Additionally, they assist in recruiting strategy, correspondence and coordination on campus recruiting efforts and campus and facility tours.
