Women's Basketball Manager

Salary/Position Classification

• $10.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 15 - 20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefitted position. Only UND students are eligible to apply for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The UND women’s basketball program is in search of a dedicated, hard-working student manager who will be able to assist our program with a variety of different day-to-day tasks. The position will be working directly with the women’s basketball program under the Director of Basketball Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Basketball Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set-up and take-down for practice and games
  • Breakdown practice film
  • Run scoreboard during practice
  • Assist with on-court drills
  • Other duties as assigned 

• Office Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor upkeep in WBB facilities
  • Organize and maintain gear inventory
  • Help with organization of national recruiting
  • Report to Director of Operations to help with necessary travel planning
  • Prepare inventory and gear for road trips

• Work Location

  • Betty Engelstad Sioux Center
  • Flexible work hours depending on game and practice schedule.
  • Weekend/nights availability with practice and game schedule.

Minimum Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Background with the game of basketball either playing or involved
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
