Hesston College seeks a Women’s Flag Football Head Coach. The position is full-time, benefits-eligible on a 12-month work agreement. This position is responsible for recruiting, coaching, scheduling, managing budget and travel arrangements and mentoring and caring for student-athletes.

Qualifications include experience and knowledge of football (flag football experience preferred), ability to teach the skills and strategy of the game, ability to recruit student-athletes, love for students and commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College.

Minimum requirements include previous coaching experience at the high school level (college level
