Job Responsibilities

The Head Women's Rugby Coach, under the direction of the Executive Director of Athletics, is responsible for administering the women's rugby program, including academic monitoring, budget oversight, recruiting, scheduling, coaching, scouting, and all other aspects of program administration.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Experience as a coach or player in collegiate rugby. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree.

Additional Comments

Knowledge, understanding, recruiting, program administration in collegiate and/or professional rugby. Experience with recruiting a large team of student-athletes to the University. Knowledge of rugby rules, practice organization, rugby strategy that can be transferred to collegiate student-athletes.
