Statement on Diversity, Inclusion and Global Engagement: We encourage students to take time to study abroad and interact in a variety of groups on campus outside of the lacrosse program. We travel and recruit nationally and internationally and recruit without bias, spreading the North Central College vision to student athletes from all over the world.
Statement on Culture of Excellence: Our success as a program is based on recruitment and retention. This requires recruiting students who fit the North Central College mission. As an athletic team on campus, the bar has been set high for cultures of champions by programs that have been around before us, and we follow in their footsteps.
