- Edit game film & present to the team.
- Administrative duties vital to day to day operations of the program.

| Required Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience coaching college, professional, or elite youth soccer
- Ability to effectively coach student-athletes of diverse backgrounds and identities
- First Aid and CPR certification or commitment to obtaining certification within 3 months of employment
|
| Preferred Qualifications |
- Commitment to holistic development of student-athletes
- Familiarity with pacific northwest soccer
- Experience playing competitive soccer e.g.: elite youth, college, or professional soccer
- Experience with film editing, office software and soccer specific video analysis software (currently wyscout)
- Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills
- USSF National C license, NSCAA equivalent, UEFA equivalent or above.
- 3 years college coaching experience at the D1, D2, or D3 level in the pacific northwest

Also must pass annual recruiting exam/ coaching certification required by the NCAA.Â

Hiring range for position is $51,218 - $58,901/year (12 months). Through longevity position tops out at $66,584/year (12 months).
This position is a 10 month position.  Hiring range for position is $42,680 - $49,080/year (10 months). Through longevity position tops out at $55,480/year (10 months).
