Collect and maintain academic profiles and related documentation for incoming freshmen and transfer student-athletes in coordination with athletics compliance and academic support staff.
Coordinate all aspects of official and unofficial visits, including detailed itineraries, travel arrangements, lodging, meals, and on-campus appointments for prospective student-athletes and their families.
Develop and manage comprehensive recruiting itineraries for coaching and support staff, ensuring efficient use of recruiting travel, and evaluation opportunities.
Provide individualized campus tours and coordinate meetings with key campus partners as part of the recruiting experience.
Present and facilitate housing options for recruits (on- and off-campus) in collaboration with athletics compliance.
Serve as primary liaison to the athletics business office, including submitting and tracking all travel documentation, reconciliations, and receipts associated with recruiting and team trips.
Lead communication with the affiliated collective and donor groups on program-related updates, coordinating closely with the Head Coach and athletics administration on messaging and opportunities.
Engage with the local community, clubs, and businesses to cultivate relationships that support program visibility, attendance, camps, and special events.
Direct and manage all soccer camps and ID clinics (e.g., marketing, registration, logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up) in alignment with institutional and NCAA regulations.
