Job Summary:

Job Description:

  • Collect and maintain academic profiles and related documentation for incoming freshmen and transfer student-athletes in coordination with athletics compliance and academic support staff.

  • Coordinate all aspects of official and unofficial visits, including detailed itineraries, travel arrangements, lodging, meals, and on-campus appointments for prospective student-athletes and their families.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive recruiting itineraries for coaching and support staff, ensuring efficient use of recruiting travel, and evaluation opportunities.

  • Provide individualized campus tours and coordinate meetings with key campus partners as part of the recruiting experience.

  • Present and facilitate housing options for recruits (on- and off-campus) in collaboration with athletics compliance.

  • Serve as primary liaison to the athletics business office, including submitting and tracking all travel documentation, reconciliations, and receipts associated with recruiting and team trips.

  • Lead communication with the affiliated collective and donor groups on program-related updates, coordinating closely with the Head Coach and athletics administration on messaging and opportunities.

  • Engage with the local community, clubs, and businesses to cultivate relationships that support program visibility, attendance, camps, and special events.

  • Direct and manage all soccer camps and ID clinics (e.g., marketing, registration, logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up) in alignment with institutional and NCAA regulations.
