Grays Harbor College is accepting applications for a Head Coach for Intercollegiate Women’s Soccer. Under the supervision of the Athletic Director, this position oversees all aspects of the soccer program in accordance with all athletic department, college, and Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) policies and regulations. The head coach has the ultimate responsibility for implementing a comprehensive collegiate soccer experience for student athletes that includes academic achievement, competitive athletics and opportunities to pursue interests and passions. This is a part-time, non-tenure position and not eligible for benefits.

The team is scheduled to resume competition in Fall 2024 , and would not be competing this coming school year. The head coach will have the 2023-2024 academic year to recruit student athletes for the Fall 2024.

  • Coordinate the soccer program, assistant coaches and student athletes in accordance with established conference rules and regulations including the oversight of all eligibility rules and regulations as established by the athletic department
  • Teaching soccer skills and strategies to prepare individuals and the team for intercollegiate competition
