Duties/Expectations :

• Recruitment of student-athletes, both on and off campus
• Compliance to NCAAand university rules and regulations
• Provide leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student-athletes
• Attend and assist in conducting regular practice sessions
• Monitor eligibility status and promote academic progress
• Compile data and reports as requested, including scouting reports and other projects
• Participate in clinics, exhibitions, and camps as requested
• Assist in maintaining good alumni and booster relations

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree (must have required degree by start date)
• Knowledge and understanding of Division I women's volleyball and NCAA rules and regulations
• Knowledge of and commitment to BYU Honor Code

Preferred :

• Division I college coaching experience (strongly preferred)
• Recruiting experience
• Knowledge and understanding of university policies
