Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree and prior participation in a college-level volleyball program coaching or playing is strongly recommended.
• The aptitude and desire to assist students achieve their education goals and objectives is a must.

Major Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist in establishing and maintaining a positive, fun, achieving environment and culture.
• Assist in organizing sports events and scheduling practice sessions.
• Prepare and maintain training equipment and facilities.
• Assist in the recruitment of students for the program online and attending events.
• Maintain records of students, training sessions, games, performance, statistics, assist in the development of practice and training plans.
• Facilitate and supervise training sessions and individual workouts.
• Assist in the organization or travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and meals for the team.
• Assist in the organization of arrangements for visiting teams and officials/umpires.

• Comply with all College policies, rules, and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head Coach, Athletic Director, and/or the President.
• Assist with summer camp logistics and operations.
• Assist with uniform and equipment orders and inventory.
• Assist with expense report and submissions.
• Assist with video capture of practices and matches. Hudl experience preferred.

• Hours vary depending on team schedule and availability.
