Missouri Valley College, with one of the largest athletic departments in the country, has an opening for head women’s volleyball coach. Responsibilities include planning, development, and implementation of activities surrounding team practices and contests, budget management, equipment and supplies, fundraising and recruiting, retention, and more. The head coach is accountable for modeling professional demeanor and mentoring student-athletes with an emphasis on the NAIA Champions of Character model. This position is responsible for ensuring that all volleyball-related activities are aligned with the mission of the college and remain in compliance with Missouri Valley College, Heart of America Conference, and NAIA rules and policies.
