Position Description & Details:
Bismarck State College is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Women’s Wrestling Head Coach. This individual will be instrumental in building the program from the ground up, starting with recruitment and culminating in full coaching responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the college’s athletic mission and fostering excellence both on and off the mat.

Phase 2: Coaching and Program Operations
Minimum Requirements: - Minimum two years coaching experience. - Effective public and interpersonal communication skills. - Knowledge of Wrestling competition, rules, and strategies per NJCAA. - Recruiting skills and coordination ability to assess athletic talent with knowledge of recruiting compliance and regulations. - Leadership and motivational skills, and ability to serve as a positive role model. - The ability to market the College and its athletic program to potential students and community. - The ability to organize and implement fundraising projects. - The ability to build and sustain successful intercollegiate athletic programs. - The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: - Collegiate Athletic Wrestling experience.
