The Assistant Director of Admissions aids in the recruitment of undergraduate students. This position is responsible for all aspects of recruitment including implementing and executing recruitment plans, recruitment travel (potentially international), initiating yield activities, and building relationships with counselors for a group of students. The Assistant Director manages multiple territories and makes timely admissions decisions on a cohort of applications.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and a commitment to working in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor all aspects of admission for a cohort of students
  • Utilize the Office of Admissions' CRM system for territory management 
  • Build communication plans to follow up with both prospective students and applicants in an assigned cohort
